This notice lists the cookies and similar technologies on our website, what each one does and how long it lasts, and how you can turn them off.
What these technologies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Sites also use similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, to store or read information on your device. The law treats them all in the same way, so this notice covers every one we use.
First party means our own site sets it. Third party means another company sets it, from its own domain. Constancia Holdings Limited, which trades as Constancia, runs this site. Ourprivacy notice explains what we do with any personal data these technologies collect.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept advertising cookies. Rejecting them takes the same single click as accepting them, and the site works in exactly the same way either way.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. When you turn something off, it stops on that page and every page after it.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. If you block every cookie, some parts of the site may not work.

Cloudflare sets each of its cookies only when the security feature that needs it is on.

Statistics
These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and what devices they use, so we can improve the site. We set them up to report on the site as a whole, and they are not used for advertising. They are on until you turn them off in Cookie settings.

Advertising
These measure our adverts on LinkedIn and Google, and let us show our adverts to people who have visited the site. None of them runs until you accept advertising in the banner or in Cookie settings.

YouTube videos
Our videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, from youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
Once you press play, Google LLC, which runs YouTube, may store information in your browser to run the player, keep playback steady and protect against abuse. Google uses this under its ownprivacy policy. In privacy-enhanced mode, the video you watch does not shape the recommendations or adverts you see on YouTube.
Cloudflare Zaraz
Cloudflare Zaraz loads Google Ads, and only once you accept advertising. It runs on Cloudflare's servers, so most of what Google Ads needs is sent from there and not from your browser. We load Google Analytics ourselves while statistics is on, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag only once you accept advertising.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when we add or remove a tool. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add a tool that needs your consent, we will ask for it before the tool runs.
