Who we are

This website is run by Constancia Holdings Limited, which trades as Constancia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Constancia Holdings Limited.

Who the site is for

This site is for businesses and the people who work for them. It describes the services we offer to finance teams in groups with more than 1 legal entity.

If you use the site as a consumer, you keep all your rights under consumer law, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about us and to contact us. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law, or for fraud
• try to get into any part of the site, or the systems behind it, you are not meant to reach
• send us anything that contains a virus or other harmful code
• overload the site, or use automated tools to copy large parts of it
• send us spam, or give false details in the contact form

The site is free to use. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Our content

We own, or have the right to use, the words, images, videos, designs and logos on this site. You may read the site, print pages and share links to it for your own business use.

You must not copy our content to publish elsewhere, sell it or use it to build a product, including for training an AI model, without our written permission. Our name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you.

OneStream, Abacum and the other product names on the site belong to their owners. We use them to describe the software we work with.

Information, not advice

Our articles, guides, videos and newsletter are general information about finance systems. They are not advice for your business, and you should not rely on them as if they were.

We take care over what we publish, but we cannot promise that everything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date. Before you act on anything you read here, speak to us or another adviser about your own situation.

Other websites

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Luma. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

You may link to our home page or any other page, as long as you do it fairly and legally and do not suggest we have a connection with you that we do not.

Events and the newsletter

We run events through Luma. When you register, Luma's terms apply to the registration, and we receive your registration as the host. We may change or cancel an event, and we will tell registered guests if we do.

The Sunday Close is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any issue. Ourprivacy notice explains how we use your details for both.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms about the site that might otherwise be implied. We are not liable to a business user for any loss arising from use of the site, or from reliance on its content, including:

• loss of profit, revenue, business or savings
• loss of goodwill, data or opportunity
• any indirect or consequential loss

These limits apply to the website only. Our liability for work we do for a client is set out in our agreement with that client.

Privacy and cookies

Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data, and ourcookie notice lists the cookies and similar technologies on the site and how to turn them off.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
